High personnel turnover in recent years have made the current staffing situation in Pierce County acute and the Prosecutor’s Office has alienated law enforcement and first responders.
As your next Prosecutor he will :
Remove impediments to the effective and just operation of the justice system by:
Reducing staff turnover and improving staff training.
Introduce organizational change to improve accountability and training.
Work to improve court rules and statutes that hinder the effective operation of the justice system.
Improve coordination with county agencies, especially with criminal justice partners and first responders.
Work to introduce technological improvements that increase efficiancy and accuracy.
